About Us

Dawood & Dawood (“D&D”) and its founders have been assisting individuals, families, and businesses with asset protection services for nearly a half-century. D&D has assisted its clients with countless estate plans, including wills and trusts, business entities (domestic and off-shore), trademarks, copyrights, patents, and has helped open secure accounts (domestic and off-shore) to preserve and protect over a billion dollars. Some of our largest clients are law firms from all over the world seeking our services to assist them with their own clients.

For decades, D&D’s founders have listened to their clients about their asset protection needs due to their mistrust of the legal system and attorneys in general. As a result, co-founder A. Nathan Dawood has dedicated his career to helping clients with their asset protection and legal document needs instead of pursuing the practice of law, even after graduating from law school and passing the California Bar Examination. Mr. Dawood also obtained his Ph.D. to expand his knowledge and ability to assist clients locally and worldwide, and is one of the few professionals in the world with both a law degree and a Ph.D. D&D has earned the reputation of becoming a trusted partner, by helping clients protect what they have while mitigating future losses. Whether your needs are simple or complex, D&D has the knowledge, experience, and expertise to assist you with the scope of services that it offers.

Because the law differs in each legal jurisdiction and may be interpreted or applied differently depending on your location or situation, you should not rely upon the materials provided by D&D without first consulting with an attorney with respect to your specific situation. D&D is a registered and bonded legal document provider in Orange County, California, pursuant to registration number 319, and provides information and assistance in accordance with 16 CCR § 3950 and Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 6410.5. The information provided by D&D should not be construed as legal advice to be applied to any specific factual situation. D&D is not a “lawyer referral service” and does not provide legal or tax advice, and does not participate in legal representation, as it is not a law firm or a substitute for an attorney or law firm. Therefore, your use of D&D’s services does not create or constitute an attorney-client relationship notwithstanding that D&D maintains the highest levels of confidentiality.
